On December 5-6, 2015, the company’s operation and management staff above the middle level gathered together for the seminar at Tong’an, Xiamen, at which the team members conducted the further discussion of the regulatory operation of the company, etc., and modified “Operation Management Framework”, “Administrative and HR Management System”, “Financial Management System”, “Operation & Management Flow”, “Safety and Quality Management System” and “Production Operation Flow” for its regulatory operation in combination with the company’s actual operation condition. With the overall implementation of all systems and flows, the company’s operation and management level must be greatly enhanced.
